THE CONSEQUENCE FRAMEWORK
The framework behind the editions.
The Consequence Framework is a state-based rule framework for situations, pressure, escalation, and consequence.
It is built around the principle:
Source → State → Impact → Consequence
The framework serves as the structural foundation for different editions, applications, and experiments.

EDITIONS
Three ways to explore and test the framework.
GAME
The digital edition of the framework.
Initially planned as a PWA, with a later long-term vision of development in Unreal Engine.
GAME explores how states, decisions, and consequences can become playable within digital spaces.
PULSE
A body program based on the framework.
PULSE connects body, rhythm, presence, and decision-making.
It translates the ideas of state, impact, and consequence into physical experience.
EDGE
A tabletop edition designed for different genres.
EDGE brings the framework to the tabletop — flexible, narrative driven, and adaptable across settings.
It focuses on decisions, pressure, consequences, and shared storytelling.
BLOG / WORKSHOP
Thoughts, processes, and open questions.
