Why I stopped leading the Drill

Why I stopped leading the Drill

08. Mai 2026 - HalliNotes from the Process

There was a time when I thought my job was to motivate people. I „led the drill“, invested energy, and tried to spark enthusiasm. But I learned: True change does not come from watching. It comes from creating. Or as Brendon Burchard (Advertisement) says: „People support what they create.“

That’s why I retreated into the workshop. I worked on a foundation that goes beyond my personal opinion: The Consequence Framework.

The Ruleset as an Anchor

This ruleset is a part of me, but at the same time, it is an entity that functions independently of me. It is a system of causality that keeps the focus on the vision and prevents us from getting lost in the noise of everyday life. It’s no longer only about stories around the fire, but about real, measurable options.

From Knowledge to Implementation: The Editions

I no longer want to talk just about theories. I want to offer tools that enable Full Empowerment. This results in my derivations – the digital and analog editions. They are the entry point for anyone ready to awaken their own power and relearn the language of their own body.

Whether through technology (digital) or direct interaction (analog) – the goal is a healthy, long-term implementation that is fun because it fits us. Because it is authentic.

A Look into the Workshop

Starting today, I am launching an honest talk here on the blog directly from the workshop. I invite you to think along instead of just watching. We learn about our biology, we support the earth, and we build a future based on facts and individual mission.

Those ready to take responsibility for their own causality will find the tools here. The rest might clash with the new clarity – and that’s okay.

Let’s get started.
