CoreCode Human System
This manifesto does not describe how CCHS works.
It describes why it exists.
CCHS is not a combat system.
CCHS is not a balancing tool.
CCHS is a rule system designed to make human behavior under pressure visible, playable, and accountable.

1) Consequence over Control
CCHS does not attempt to control behavior.
It establishes conditions and leaves decisions to people.
What follows are consequences.
Not as punishment,
but as the natural response of a reacting world.
2) State is not Effect
A state is not an outcome.
It is a situation.
CCHS describes what is, not what it is worth.
Effects emerge through:
- time
- decisions
- the interaction of multiple states
Meaning remains fluid.
3) The World Is an Actor
In CCHS, the world is not a backdrop.
It observes, evaluates, and responds.
Pressure does not come only from enemies.
It arises from space, duration, and overload.
The world decides when something tips.
4) Escalation Is Responsibility
Escalation does not mean failure.
It means: a decision is being carried.
CCHS does not prevent escalation.
It makes it visible, understandable, and shapeable.
5) Intensity Replaces Numbers
CCHS does not measure values.
It describes intensities.
Intensity grows through:
- duration
- repetition
- missing responses
Thus, the few may stand against the many.
Or the many may collapse under their own weight.
6) Resistance Is Competence
Resists are not immunity.
They are expressions of experience.
They reduce impact.
They alter meaning.
They do not deny reality.
7) Overcommit Has a Cost
Those who invest everything in a single point
lose other possibilities.
CCHS calls this Overcommit.
Not as a mistake, but as a risk.
8) Rules Create Space
CCHS does not aim to simulate everything.
It aims to open spaces.
Rules do not limit creativity.
They give it structure.
9) Trust in Human Choice
CCHS does not dictate what is right.
It does not force action.
It invites people to endure their decisions.
10) Guiding Principle
We model consequences, not behavior.
We design pressure, not outcomes.
